2. Custom Orders

For custom backdrops:

  • A digital proof will be provided before printing.

  • Production begins only after customer confirmation.

  • Once approved, custom items cannot be canceled.

We are not responsible for layout issues approved by the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Printing defects

  • Significant quality issues

Custom approved designs are non-refundable unless production error occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Irenina and protected by law.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Irenina shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

  • Third-party claims

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
