1. Ownership

All original designs created by Irenina remain our intellectual property.

Customers may not:

• Reproduce our designs

• Resell digital files

• Copy product images for commercial use

• Claim authorship of our artwork

2. Custom Artwork Submitted by Customers

By submitting artwork for custom printing, you confirm that:

• You own the copyright

• Or you have legal authorization to use the artwork

Irenina is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted files.

If a third-party copyright claim arises, the customer assumes full responsibility.

3. Unauthorized Use

If we discover unauthorized commercial use of our designs, we reserve the right to:

• Issue a cease-and-desist notice

• Pursue legal action

• Seek financial damages
